Return And Refund Policy
We want you to know that we put every bit of effort to fulfill all the orders placed. But maybe there are certain orders that would not be able to process and need to cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, faulty products, errors in stock information, or problems identified by credit and fraud avoidance departments.
Our customer service team will reach you if any of you order is canceled. After cancelation, if your card is charged, then the charged amount will be reversed back in your Card account
If you want to cancel any order, please contact our customer service. On the intimation of the cancelation order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges, if any occurred) if the order is not processed by us.
Already processed or shipped orders can not be canceled.
The refunds will be made in the same mode as payments were made. If the payment mode is credit / Debit card the refund will be processed to the credit card / Debit Card.
Refunds can take place in 5-7 business days to get reflected in the bank account.
We are committed to providing your satisfaction with any product you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within !5 days from date of delivery.
NOTE: Product that have been tempered with, opened and/or used cannot be returned.
Mode of Return
We maintain highest standards of customer service and provide hassle free returns. The returns will be collected through the courier collection free of cost.
You may need to contact our Customer care within 15 days after receiving the product and can request a return or exchange subject to the above terms and conditions. So that pick up for the product can be arranged from the delivery address.
At the time of collecting product, an Airway bill will be given, which we request you to retain for future reference.
